What is Work From Home? The Pros and Cons of Working from Home.

Working from home is a hot topic. In this post, I’ll go over the pros and cons of working from home to determine if it’s for you.

The Pros:

-You can make more money! On average, people who work from home make 20% more than those who work in an office.

-You can save money! You’ll be able to save on things like gas and clothes because you won’t need to commute.

-You can balance your life! Having a job that allows you to work from home will allow you to have more time with family, friends, and hobbies.

-Your kids don’t have to worry about picking up germs at daycare or school! You can stay at home with them during the day if they’re sick, or need help with homework.

The Cons:

-It’s harder to be productive when you work from home. It’s easy for me time periods or answering emails during the day turn into.

The Cons of Working from Home

Working from home has it’s pros and cons. The benefits of working at home are that you can work in your own environment, without the distractions of an office. You’ll also be able to spend more time with family who might otherwise have to go to daycare or school while you’re at work.

The downside of working from home is that it’s easy for me time periods or answering emails during the day turn into hours. When I’m not working, I’m tempted to answer emails, watch Netflix, browse Facebook—whatever! It takes a lot of discipline to stay focused on your work when you don’t have people around to hold you accountable or set boundaries for what’s acceptable behavior while working.

So the pros are largely because it’s easier to be productive while working from home. But if you can’t stay focused all day long then there are plenty of other options out there for you!

The pros and cons of working from home can help you decide if this is the type of work arrangement that will work for you. If you are struggling to find a work/life balance, working from home can be a way to remedy this. It is important to consider your lifestyle and what you need to be happy in order to make this decision.
